Críoch- Collaboration with Emily Waszak
Broombridge, Royal Canal, Installation
A collaborative site-specific intervention with Emily Waszak. This work was installed along a stretch of the Royal Canal using found materials from the site. This sculptural work examined the temporary, and unmonumental. The site is along the Royal Canal between Phibsborough and Ashtown. It sits between industrial sites (including the canal itself), train and luas lines and residential areas. Ceramic and steel work was created during Fire Station Artist Studio Sculpture award and under mentorship of Gemma Dardis, funded by the Arts Council.
